Compiling data entered in rows and columns

I apologize if this is common knowledge, or if its already answered...but being a relatively inexperienced user, I really don't know how I can do this.

My problem: data is acquired via an external testing system and saved to a text file thusly:

min,max,average
cycle
useless data
useless data


This format repeats a lot (about 30000 times). What I want to do is complie this information so that each entry (which is comprised of 4 lines of text and 2 lines of blank space) can be stored in Excel as one line with 4 columns: cycle, min, max, and average. I've attached a .xls file to clarify.

Any help would be immensly appreciated!!!

Without Complex formulas or macros here's what I did and it only takes a few minutes.

On Sheet2, set up your column headers, "Cycle, etc." I did this starting in A2.

On Sheet1, Highlight column D (or C) and autofilter on Nonblanks. Copy and paste this data directly to B3 on Sheet2

On Sheet2 starting in A3 and dragging down, use an INDEX formula to find the appropriate cycle time that goes with your MIN.
