Pivot table percentage calculation

I am comparing compensation amounts for multiple offices throughout the U.S. within a pivot table. The offices are currently broken down and subtotaled by region. I would like to calculate a percentage of total and a percentage of region for each office within the pivot table. I was able to add the percentage of total calculation, however, the percentage of region is proving to be more of a challenge. Is there a way to utilize the subtotal to calculate the percentage of region?
