    expanding range for sort

    This is my first post and I am relatively new to Excel, so apologies if this is a mundane question;

    I want to sort a Column, but when I agree to expand the range Excel only expands to four columns, not the eight available.

    Anyone got any suggestions how I might expand the range to include the whole no. of columns.

    Thanks

    I think that's because there is an empty column between the 4th and the 5th column
    I need your support to add reputations if my solution works.
