    Advanced Schedule Report

I'm needing a report for a schedule with multiple vairables using drop downs. The schedule is for days/time/location/person.

I need the schedule set up by mininum of 30 min time intervals which people can book up to 14 various rooms within the time frame. Additionally I would like a drop of a list of 20 people which would be assigned to that room. So, if a day/room/time/person has already been booked I would like the drop down to not show it as an option.

So it Room1 was booked on Oct 1 from 1:00 - 2:00pm, with Bill. Room1/Bill would not show up as another option from 1:00-2:00. Only Rooms2 - Room 14. Make sense?
