    Show most recent entry

Can someone help me with this?
I have a vertical column with the dates for September. Everyday I enter a number for that days work. In another cell I want to show the most recent entry no matter what the number is. It doesn't matter if it's higher or lower I just need the last entry in the column.

Is there a formula for this?

    Thanks

    Try:

    =Lookup(9.9999999e+307,A:A)

where A:A is the column you want to look at.
Where there is a will there are many ways.
