How To Add "Count" as a Column Item In Pivot Table

How would I make a Pivot Table in sheet 1, based on the data in Sheet 2?

Alt + D, P, F

Drag 'Name' to left column space
Drag 'Account' to data space.

Unfortunately, doing this does not populare the new pivot table with data (counts).

Is the attached what you need?

Did in mine.

Where does yours go wrong?
