Hi Avenger, you could certainly do this with a macro. If you want it to run when the workbook opens, you would enter the code below into the ThisWorkbook module in the VBA Editor (ALT+F11). Below are examples of how sorting is done in VBA for both Excel 2003 (and earlier versions), as well as Excel 2007.
