    Print Comments Indicators

    Hi all,

Can anyone suggest a means of printing comment indicators - i.e. the little red triangle in the corner of cells with comments in. Note: I know how to print the actual comments - however, the colleague I'm assisting only wants to show that there is a comment without actually showing said comment.

    I'm using Excel 2007.

    TIA,

    SamuelT

    Hi,

You will need VBA for that

I don't believe there is an option for that.
Does not make much sense on printed paper, other than to your collegue :P

What you maybe able to do is run a macro to add small triangles to those cells prior to printing. Then another macro to remove them

...I totally agree. Some people ask for the weirdest things!
