I'm using Excel to setup a matrix of product options, and using the tables or data filters to get down to the picks that I want. It all works fine except that I want to summarize the picks from multiple sheets into a summary page with all of the picks. Because I'm filtering out rows by eliminating picks I don't want, I can get down to a part number to pick. The problem is that some of our part numbers have alpha characters in them, so it just sees them as zero. I can't pick a specific cell to reference in my summary because it changes based on the filter picks. I've played with trying to get it to summarize an entire column, but it doesn't seem to work.
