    Rounding Up/Down numbers

I attach an example spreadsheet where I am trying to automate a process.
It shows a table whereby changing the number of Units required in cell B2 to a validated number, the number of Items A, B & C required are shown in Row 2. These required Items are calculated in the table from 6 Sources for each Item. The number of Items from each Source can only be whole numbers.
    Any ideas anyone?

    attachment not live.

What are you actually trying to achieve?

Your thread title is "rounding up/down" so:-
rounding can be done with roundup(number, numbers after dp) to round up
round(number, numbers after dp) to round to the nearest, and
rounddown(number, numbers after dp) although if you're rounding down to a whole number INT(number) is a little more reliable.

    Thanks Cheeky Charlie,

I hadn't found ROUNDUP so will have a try with it.

I will also try adding the attachment again!

This should explain my problem much better.

I think a better way is, you add a round formula there, but you have to manually change one or more cells.

I believe it can be completely done by formula or VBA, but I'm afraid it will be too complicated
I need your support to add reputations if my solution works.
