Pivot table issue-Not looking the way it should

I’m doing a simple pivot table and I’m having a problem with layout:
I know I can move it once I'm done but I need it to come out as the right away as the last example.
What am I doing wrong ?

nothing wrong with what you are doing...
Excel always seems to put Data in the rows when u create a Pivot Table.
you have to click and drag it over to the columns.

or if you can't figure out with click and drag...
this is the alternative method:
Select Cell B3 ("Data"), right-click, click on Order > Move to Column
