    Calling Picture Files

    How do you make Excel call up a picture file based on the value in a cell?
    For example:

    A1 = cat
    A2 = dog
    A3 = bird

    When A1 is selected cat.jpg is called up. When A2 is selected dog.jpg is called up. A3, bird.jpg. And can this picture be positioned?
