Refreshing data from two different workbooks

    Hi All,

I have made an excel workbook which is linked to another. This sheet pulls data/figures from the other. One sheet is a shared sheet which everyone has access to. If any changes are made on this sheet, when i open the 2nd sheet...the data is automatically updated.

This is great when i open and close the 2nd workbook to update the data. However workbook 2 will constantly be open and on display on a seperate computer, what i need is when workbook 1 is changed/updated. I need workbook 2 to automatically update, while still being open.

Is this possible and if so i would like this to happen without any prompts popping up asking to update the data.

Help with this would be appreciated.

    Thanks
