Excel 2007 : Macro to email

I need help creating a macro that will allow me to generate an email from Microsoft Outlook; however, I do not need to have the email addresses in the email. I will fill those in. Additionally, I do not want to send the workbook I am working on, but rather only certain information from particular cells. Is something like this possible?

In terms of your other points - you can use .Display as opposed to .Send such that you can complete the mailing addresses within the mail item itself at run time
