Weekly data analysis n generation of some standard charts

    Hi all

I have just been assigned this mundane task where i receive data every monday organised by demographics like age, income range, profession etc etc each taking one column from 10 diff people.

My task is to organise the data by each demographic and generate some standard charts.

I know it sounds pretty simple but the amoun of data is huge and takes insane amount of time to do it manually.

So am looking for suggestions to automate the process. Can anyone help me with this....??

P.S: I am an excel idiot.
