Is there a way to use an if than statement to change the color of the cell?

Hello MADx,

You can use Conditional Formatting.

Using Conditional Formatting to Color a Cell
1) Click on FORMAT
2) Click on CONDITIONAL FORMATTING...
3) A dialog called CONDITIONAL FORMATTING will appear.
4) Click the arrow on the drop down CELL VALUE IS
5) Click on FORMULA IS
6) Enter your IF formula
7) Click the button labeled FORMAT... of press ALT+F
8) Another dialog will appear labeled FORMAT CELLS
9) Click on the tab labeled PATTERNS
10) Click on the color you want and click OK
