need a formula to search for an item in a table and return all items related to it

Please help me with an array formula that will populate in column B and C the IDs associated with each doc. if we can color code the type of ID that will be great. (color code the cell ie HR=red,VP=green..)
if its too complicated, im ok with using an additional column with a A&B&C code.
    please help

    simplifying my question

I have the following table for quality incidents

the first column is the incident number, the second column has the affected lots (multiple in each cell separated by comma)
    A B

    1 78788 55-055, 55-057
    2 78857 56-089, 56-067
    3 78655 55-057, 56-067, 55-054
    4 78785 55-089

so I would like the list the incidents numbers for affecting each lot as follows
    A B C
    5 55-054 78655
    6 55-055 78788
    7 55-057 78655 78788
    8 55-089 78785 78857
    9 56-067 78655 78857
    10 56-089 78785
