Copy input range and paste into Format Control

I have a reporting spreadsheet that has over 7000 picklists so that my employees can create reports.

I would like to change the input range for an entire column of picklists (1000 of them).

How do you change the input range under Format Control for all the picklists instead of opening each one and copy paste?

Pls advise.
