When team number is entered, excel must show or hide the the team
e.g when you enter 5 as the required team number then only 5 teams appear and the rest of the teams are hidden

Do right click on sheet tab and select view code and paste the below code... Return to excel and check...

I have also considered that option, still with a Dropdown to select the number of teams.Try this! No VBA necessary...
But then I realised that if there are any other non formulae related data, colors, or any other formatting in any adjacent Cells, it would remain visible. That is why it left me no other option but than going with VBA, to hide non related info.
