How do you export text to a specific location in a text file?

Okay, this is a weird one, I'll admit. I didn't find much related to this in my searches. I'm trying to develop some code, or a macro to export text from Excel.


EDIT: This was a really weird situation. Fortunately, after finding out more about what the text files were used for, I found a better solution after doing a search.
