All Item Numbers to Show for All Store Numbers

I am working in excel 2003 and I have two columns of data. In column A I have a list of Item numbers. In Column B I have a list of Store numbers. Is there a quick way to get a a combined list of every item number with every store number next to it.

Something like:

Item Number Store Number
1 100
2 101
3 102
4 103
5 104

changed to
Item Number Store Number
1 100
1 101
1 102
1 103
1 104
1 105
2 100
2 101
2 102
2 103
2 104
2 105

and so on.

Can you attach an example workbook/ It's not clear exactly what you mean

I'll try to add one tonight. Each Item number is only listed once and each store number is listed once. I need each item listed with every store. so it would multiply. If I have 5 items and 5 stores. I would need 25 entries.
