Auto Refresh or Auto ReQuery

OMG i've been searching for 1 1/2 weeks for any VB or Macro that does this in Excel 2003!

Two words: Auto Refresh!
Not every minute.....but every 10 seconds (or user defined).

I have a master sheet that has lots of data.
I have a reference sheet that grabs the data from the master.

I would like the reference sheet to be read only...but refresh every 10 seconds.

I was wondering if someone could create 2 sheets, and have the reference update....or show me what code i have to put in excel to make it work.
PLEEEEEEEEEASE?! hehe
