carrying information from one sheet to another

Ok what i need to do is have a formula in one sheet that will use information from a given cell on another sheet. These sheets are in the same workbook. Is this possible. If so, how? Thanks

Try this.

-Type "=" (without the quotes)
-Click on the other sheet tab
-Click on the specified cell
-Hit Enter.

This should show you the basic format on how to reference other worksheets in formulas.
