copy-n-paste one excel file into another.

I've been asked to copy-n-paste one excel file into another. Is it possible to keep the cell formation of the "copied" file, without taking on the cell formation of the file your copying to?

    clear as mudd! haha

tried doing a "special paste", but it still takes on the cell formation of that page.

In the special paste dialog box, which option did you choose? What is the purpose of copying and pasting this file into another? Are you going to be manipulating the two sets of data after you copy and paste?
