    Extracting individual worksheets from Workbook

I have a workbook which I use to input information for a small property management business. The data from each property worksheet is transferred to a second worksheet which is intended as a end of month statement for each individual property owner. I have attached a small sample spreadsheet to illustrate this.

What I would like to do is extract each EOM (end of month) worksheet individually for each property, which I would then convert to an Adobe Acrobat PDF file to send as a summary to each property owner.

Does anyone a way to do this?

    Thanks

You could just macro the printouts without the individual sheets being needed.

First, install a PDF print utility if you haven't already. I use PrimoPDF...it's free, powerful, includes securities. Google it and install it, if needed. Once done, it's a printer on your system, so you can create PDFs on the fly in any program at anytime.

Anyway, I would then just record a macro of you selecting each of the OEM tabs and printing it with your PDF printer driver. Now you can run this macro and get those sheets PDF'd anytime you want.

Here's the sample macro the recorded when I did it just now:

    Lightbulb Solved

Thanks for the solution you posted. Although I have just had a light bulb moment and realised that since I use Adobe Acrobat, this program already allows me to open the workbook in Excel and select whichever worksheets I like and convert them, so this was a pretty dumb question, sorry about that, and thanks for your prompt response.

Still, the macro I've suggested would give you "one click" PDFing of as many sheets as you setup, so it could be a real time saver. Your call.
