sharing the value of job over a certain period

Hello i need to share the valve of the job over the months.... please see attahed excel sheet
say the job worth 10k has a start date of the 30th of nov and the end date is the 1st of dec
the value of the job is shared between two days and then put into the relevent cell

as regards to the months they are not calander months so the start date and end date of the months are diffrent please see attached sheet for full details

For H5, if I've interpreted your question correctly:

=IF(COUNT($D5:$G5)<4,0,$G5*(MAX(0,1+MIN(H$2,$E5)-MAX(H$1,$D5))/$F5))

The above can be applied across range H5:S17

Your scenario re: 30th Nov & 1st Dec does not hold true given your date range parameters in rows 1 & 2 of your sample workbook -- I think you mean 27th & 28th Nov perhaps ?
