    Automatic Sorting,

I am attempting to create a formula that will automatically sort the highest value to the top from a table.

    Example: Company expenses

    Example Table:
Jan Feb Mar Apr May Totals
    Materials 100 110 120 130 140 600
    Misc 40 55 35 40 80 250
    Phone 60 70 65 62 55 312
    Rent 80 80 85 90 95 430

Then a different area that I can view the Total Expenses automatically sorted by the highest expense. Like such:

    Materials 600
    Rent 430
    Phone 312
    Misc 250

But I would like the list to dynamically change if the highest expense item changes. Like if the Rent goes up in the month of July and once I record it then it becomes the highest expense I would like it to change positions with Materials automatically.

Thanks in advance for any help,

    Automatic Sorting,

you just copy and than paste special in second columns and there after sort Descending.

    I hope that helps.

    Regards
    Rahul
