    like data and unique data strings

    I have a project at work that I need help with ASAP. I have pulled data from our SQL Server 2005 and have columns that show specific element configuration changes for different counties using our application. I need to run some type of formula to show which elements are specific to one county only and which run for all of them. The list shows configuration element columns and the counties in rows. If anyone can help me I would sure appreciate it!
