You mean keep rows on top?
Go to Column A and select the cell below where you want to freeze.
Go to Window|Freeze Pane.
Where there is a will there are many ways.

That's it, thanks! It'll work for columns and rows.
If you want to freeze columns to the left...set your active cell just right of the columns you want to freeze and then Window|Freeze Pane
