Automatic Update from a site and automatic ranking-Possible?

Is it possible to make an excel sheet that will get the data from a site like a company's financial data.

If yes, then if there are some 1400 companies, is it possible that excel could rank those companies on a particular data of these financial data.

Yes...

Open Excel
Click on Data --> Get External Data ---> New Web Query.

This will get you all the web data .. and even it will keep on refreshing the data...( if you want like stock price )

After that add a macros to run it..

Now I am prepering one excel file. I need to use one website database which is [URL="http://cricos.deewr.gov.au/Course/CourseSearch.aspx"]. When I open this webpage it has a 6 different option for detailed search. I need this database, because I can not search in all field for example:
What is the cheapest certificate III, Information Technology College, in NSW and Victoria?
If I try to search on that website for example list of "02-Information Technology, certificate III, in NSW" it returns one list. After it returned to that list to me I might choose the one of them. After I choose one school from following website, it gives me all information that is price, location etc. about school. But I want to search filter with price or cricos code. At this point, I have 2 question;

1-Can anyone suggest me one way to get this database? So if I get this database, I can search filter with whatever I want.

2-During this progress, even if I reach all school information on that website for instance [URL="http://cricos.deewr.gov.au/Course/CourseDetails.aspx?CourseID=58111"] on excel via "get external data from web enquire"" I can not choose the second or third tab which shows institution details and contact details. How can I choose it ?

By the way I attached the file that I am working on it.
