Adding email attachment in Macro

Im trying to add an attachment to an email within a macro, but Im getting stuck.

My macro automatically sends an email with different variables within the spread sheet in the subject line. I would also like to stick the Spread sheet that I am in, into an attachment within that email.

Any suggestions on how to do that? Here is my macro if it helps
