Linking spreadsheets - help pls!

Hi - I'm currently working on a large workbook containing links to other workbooks and worksheets. So far, I am only aware of one way of doing this:

='[WORKBOOK_NAME.xls]WORKSHEET_NAME'!$T$28

However, these spreadsheets are to be used by various people, on different computers with different companies - if the workbook names remain the same, will the links work correctly - despite the files being saved in different locations? Or is there another more advances way of doing this?
