Obtaining Results from linked lists automatically

Hey,
This query is regarding linking column results through data validation.

I have this register where we maintain booking status of our veicles and one of its colums is route. We have a fixed transit time to cover a partiular route and te route is selected from a data validation list. Also i ave maintained a seperate list of transit times corresponding to the routes.

I want to know how to link te two lists in my register so that when i select a particular route in one column the corresponding column automatically selects the transit time from the reference list.

Further, i'm looking for some help on a new workbook, please spare some time and help me with some of your inputs.

Post a sample sheet, the verbal descriptions are difficult to decipher.

I can already surmise you're going to want a LOOKUP or VLOOKUP since you indicate you have a fixed time value associated with each route, that's pretty straightforward LOOKUP functions.
