    Formatting cells

Ok, I'm trying to write a IF formula but in the amounts column I have sign "-" representing "0"
In order for IF formula to work I need to change formating to make all "-" into "0".

    How can I do that???

Select the column and go to Edit|Replace and replace the - with a 0.

Then go to Data|Text to Columns and just click Finish.
Where there is a will there are many ways.

    Lookup table

If you don't want to change all the - to 0's, either through a macro or manually, could do something like this, see attached.

    Or what he said :P
