Hello,
I am using this formula in excel 2007 and am getting a 0 value, which I should not.
= SUMIF($M$2:$M$109401,A4&$B$3,$J$2:$J$109401)
Can anyone tell me what am i doing wrong and give me any tips on this?
Thank you in advance.

What exactly is in A4 and B3 and what is it matching against in M2:M109401?
Where there is a will there are many ways.

In A4 there is a company code which helps me identify a company lets say @IBM for IBM. B3 contains year value, 2000. M2:M109401 contains company codes and years lets say@IBM2000. And J contains estimate values which i want to sum up for different companies. I used the COUNTIF formula to get the number of estimates and i got the results i want it. I do not know what am i doing wrong this time with this formula:S .
Thanks again,
Does this work?
= SUMPRODUCT(--($M$2:$M$109401=A4&$B$3),--$J$2:$J$109401)
