concatenating a list of emails

Hi, I maybe asking for alot here. What I'm trying to do is create a few distribution email list from a row, D, which it is dependent on companies, in row E. Thus all i have to do is copy one cell and paste it into my email to send off the note. Currently I am maintaining several distribution list and this is becoming a real pain.
Is there a template for something like this.
Wonder if I have to create a macro or if there is a function that separates the names and countries so all I have to do is copy paste into my email.

Any expertise would be welcome.
