Send To Email Help

Our company sends an Excel file nightly via email. They use the Send>Email command to have an email window pop up with the file attached.

I would like to have the email window pop up with the attachment as usual, but the body of the email be a template that askes for standard information in a fill in the blanks style.

Is it possible to associate an email template to the Excel 2003 file?

i havent outlook at home but you should be able to apply a rule in outlook to use a specific template when sending to a certain address
