Finding 'Like' Data

I have a spreadsheet with about 7,600 lines of data. Some of it is the same. What I am trying to do is find a way to sort all of the 'Like' based on a specific column and delete the extra data.

You can use "COUNTIF" function.

=COUNTIF(rang,criteria)

Can you provide example of what your data looks like and what you mean by "sorting by Like based on a specific column"?
