Try something like:

confirmed with CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER not just ENTER. You will see { } brackets appear around the formula.. then copy it across.
Note: You will need to adjust ranges to suit your entire table... and probably you will need to replace "Paul" with a cell reference containing the name.... so that you can change that input cell and not every instance of the formula.
If you enter the names in a column, then you can copy down the formula and it will adjust for the entered name..
Reconfirm the formula with the CSE keys after any changes before copying it.

How to mark a thread Solved
Go to the first post
Click edit
Click Go Advanced
Just below the word Title you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
Change to Solved
Click Save
