    Changing the size of a column

    Is it possible to change the size of a column but only for the first two rows. Rows A & B have a wide column which is then essentially locked.

    The rest of the sheet has smaller columns...

    Alas, no. All that extra space not used by the smaller columns would create a black hole and probably suck up our entire universe (not necessarily a bad thing).

    You can select your first couple columns in rows 1 and 2 and then Format Cells>Alignment > Center across selection. This will give the appearance of larger columns in your first two rows.

    substitute commas with semi-colons if your region settings requires
