Formatting differences between two computers on the same file

I have a user with a weird problem. He and and other uses are accessing the same excel file off the network. They run a query. Everyone gets the same results except one user. They are all running the query exactly the same.

Basically, all the users that get the correct results see one row of text followed by rows of numbers. I have one user that sees three rows of repeated text (redundant) followed by the numbers.

How can I get rid of these two rows of text that are redundant?

The users are on Excel 2003. I've already run "excel /unregserver" and "excel /regserver". These haven't helped at all. I'm completely lost as to why the one user gets different results.

Pics... First pic is an example of the correct way the query should look. The second is what the wrong way.

    Please help!
