Here is my dilemma...
I have two columns of data that I need to match and align. Column A lists Product Codes and Column B lists Vendor Codes. I am looking for a formula that is not case sensitive. What I need to do is match Column A to Column B so that I can import the data in Column C (retail pricing data associated with Column B) into a program.
Make Sense? ANY help is greatly appreciated. I did look at other posts but they are way to advanced for my remedial knowledge base.
So the Product Codes and Vendor Codes are similar?

I would like to be able to align the product number up with product code that it matches along with the pertaining retail price.
