CSV file not readable in excel

    Hi!
I have an online form, and I set up a blank csv file to contain all submitions. My problem is that when I try to open the file in excel, it can't show letters like "űáőúó" the right way. It has the columns, and the text, but those letters are replaced with gibberish characters.
I think it must be some character coding problem, but I can't find the way to open it in excel, to see the submitions the way I supposed to.
I have a mac, and it works perfectly in the "Numbers" application, but I want to use the file in excel.
    Thank you
    I attached the file

    Sepunx2,

Could it be as simple as those characters not being recognised by the default font?

I might be (as we say in England) 'teaching my granny how to suck eggs' here, but if the characters are not recognised maybe try a different font.

    Regards,
