Excel 2007 : vlookup-DOMAIN

I am working on Excel 2007. I have 2 worksheets in one excel file. The first one is named "renewal" and the other is named " reseller"

The first step is I want to find a match under the header "domain" in both sheets. The second step is once it finds the match I want to look up company name in the reseller sheet and put the company name it finds in the renewal worksheet in the "reseller Column"(column B in renewal worksheet)

Can any one help me please?
