    Conditional Formatting in 2007

I have created a spreadsheet for estimating at work, but only want certain items in black text.
I have all text in light grey, but when column G ( Qty ) is more than 0, I want column J ( rate of material )text to turn black. I have done conditional formatting in column J but when say G10 has a qty entered J10 turns black text, but so does J7, and I cant see why, and I've double checked, I think.
This occurs always three cells above in column J ?? PLEASE HELP.

    Hi,
It might be easier if you upload your workbook, (or at least a representative sample of it), so that we can see your request in context.

Go to the 'Additional Options' area below the message box, look for 'Manage Attachments, then take it from there.
