Match Name Numerous Sheets

I have sheets named

F1,F2, F3, M16,M2,M3

In each of these sheets a person name in Cell C1 a amount if Cell CE3

On my Master sheet I want to add the name and return the formula return a result on this person in cell C4

I have added an example

Hi,
I think you need to give a little more information on what you are trying to do. Can you add more details to some of the sheets F1, F2 etc and then show what the result should look like on the master sheet?

As Filky has said, yes more information would certainly be useful, especially from the info you have provided, things hardly appear efficient but that could be because you donot know the whole story.

Anyways, here is what I think you mean. The formula looks at the name in cell B4 in the master sheet and looks at the list in column F:G to find the sheet name relevant to that name (B4) and looks at the value in cell C3.
