Percentage of occurences help?

Hello all!

I am looking to find the percentages of occurrences of these:

DU 23
RF 0
FW 0
RC 0
WP 0
RS 0
DM 0

These are codes that I want to use eventually to track where my customers are coming from. (i.e. - Drive-Up, Referral, Fleet Work, Repeat Customer...)

I know this should be simple, but I just got through doing THIS stuff to get the counts and my brain is not cooperating!
=COUNTIF(Insurance!I4:I1001,"rf")+COUNTIF(Checks!F5:F1001,"rf")+COUNTIF(CCard!G4:G1001,"rf")+COUNTIF(Cash!E4:E1001,"rf")+COUNTIF(Fleet!F4:F1001,"rf")+COUNTIF(REPLACEMENTS!I4:I1001,"rf")

you could do something as simple as summing up the total occurances at the bottom then in the cells next to the code counts put =(cell where count is)/(cell where summation is) x 100.
You could also do a chart in chart wizard and one of the options is to display the percentage value.
