Concatenation-copy values to another sheet

Hi all,

I have a huge list that i need to copy over to another workbook but have a problem. the data i have is stored on 2 separate columns, A & B. I need both values to be combined into one cell and separated by a '/'. The CONCATENATE functi0n works perfectly, but when i copy these values across to the other sheet, of course i loose these becasue the original look up values for concatenation are elsewhere.

How can i copy these concatenated values across to my other sheet ?

Please help, im stuck!
