What should be a simple calculation....

Can't believe I need to go to this extent to find the answer to this. But I need help.

I have a apread sheet that is sent to me by one of my investors. It contains approx. 6 columns and 15 rows of numbers

I need to be able to have all of these numbers reduced by .40 prior to distributing it to my team

I am doing this manually right now as I cannot for the life of me find any way to have an automatic reduction of the .40 with a simple rule.

Can anyone give me some guidance?
