3 Pair Frequency Help...

As you can see in the posted workbook, I have setup (in a triagular form labeled "Two Pair Frequency" ) it shows the frequecy that 2 pairs of numbers occur. I need the same thing done except with 3 pairs and eventually 4 and 5 pairs. I was kind of unsure how to setup a table showing the 3 pair frequency... Maybe 1-80 on the 'Y' axis and then the '2' pair on the X.... I hope your guys' expertise in Excel can help.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
